Shipping

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is 3-5 working days provided items are in stock. However, due to current delays beyond our control, some orders may take up to 10 working days. If the product is out of stock please contact us for an estimated delivery date. Current lead times for out of stock items are generally between 3-14 working days.

International delivery

Delivery times vary depending on delivery country and for countries which are subject to custom charges, delivery does take longer. If you want to get an idea of how long a delivery may take to where you live, contact us and we can provide you with a guide. If you live outside of the EU, we also require you to contact us before purchasing so that we can give you an estimate for the specific delivery charges.

International customers may order online with all cards, PayPal® and bank transfer accepted. Due to the verification purposes for the international credit cards, you will be contacted to provide more details before we can proceed with the order. Under rare circumstances we can only accept wire transfers for payments and will be contacted to provide more details before we can proceed with the order. Customers are responsible for any duty fees that may apply during customs. For all orders outside of the EU and for larger EU orders which exceed the weight limit for the standard delivery charge, contact us and a customer service representative will help calculate the shipping cost before purchasing.
