Wow there is seven knives in this category the first two are utility knives 5” and 6” and are pretty good for all small jobs in the kitchen. I use these knives for peeling and chopping I have big hands and I like my paring knives a little bigger. Next is the 7” sandwich knife I love this knife its great I always have it to hand is a must have for any chef. Now we have the two carving knives the 8” and 9” good for cooked meats and very stiff and strong in the blade. They are great fun to sharpen on the stone to for some reason.
Last and by no means least is the 10” slicer and the huge 12” slicer we don’t have many knives in this size they are huge especially the 12” a massive 30cm. Big roasting joints fore ribs, gammon and cutting big cakes good weight in the hand though you don’t feel like you’re going to fall over.
