This is the Wusthof classic kitchen knife it comes in 6“ and 8“ if you like larger peeling knives then this is great. I have meet chefs who really like using it for small fish sardines and red mullet also one chef liked it for monkfish. I think it was all to do with the small amount of flex in the blade. I myself use it for preparing vegetables and chopping it’s a very versatile knife you will find you will use it a lot more then you think.
